Is your tracking in bright orange or red with the latest update showing: Returned to sender
This occurs when the customer has inputted their address with an error.
Common errors include:
- Missing numbers
- Missing street name
- Abbreviations of street endings or names
- Wrong postal code
The error bypassed our internal shipping system but the courier defaults this as an error and they state Returned to sender.
WHAT TO DO:
Please copy the Last mile tracking number and paste it into your local tracking website. For example USPS.com.
Don't know what company is the local courier? Copy the Last Mile number into 17track.net and there you will see what carrier is used locally.
Contact the Local Courier with your Last Mile Number. Ask if you can confirm the correct address, redirect it, or pick it up locally.
If they cannot resolve this issue, you would need to contact us back with your correct address in this format:
